Who better to create yoga music than a yoga teacher?

Meet Jai Larkan, world touring musician with The Wishing Well Band, and soundtrack music composer.

In the summer of 2003 he was finishing his yoga teacher training.

A had asked him to perform some keyboard parts for a training video series on yoga, and was listening back to the final mix with the voice over.

When I switched off the voice the music had a lot of atmosphere but was missing a melodic story.

There was something here I sensed that could be special. Gradually a landscape of sound emerged and began to speak to me.

With some crystal clear piano from Jai and gentle acoustic guitar lines from myself we were only left to wait with baited breath as Chris worked on his flute parts.

The months wore on but I knew he would hit it out of the park.

See, one of the I love about working with great musicians is that you only need to stand back, let go, and let them do their thing.

My focus instead is to create a beautiful space in which they can express themselves, in a pure way.

    At the moment we have the full album only as download mostly for simplicity but we may offer the tracks individually in the future.

     At the moment we only sell downloads of all our music. This may change but we also provide support so that you can burn the digital music to CD and listen to it that way. Or if you have a iPod or device that you need help loading the music onto we can help with that as well. Thank you for your comment!

    HI John. At the moment we only have downloads available sorry. The music format is very high bitrate iTunes files so they burn to CD and sound fantastic.

    I guess it’s a combination of CD printing costs as well as posting but we do get asked this occasionally so may provide a hardcopy of this album with enough demand. We are on hand to help with any downloading issues though so perhaps the download might work for you still.

    i love the music!!! i try 4 times to buy from paypal it keep rejecting the purchase. is there some thing wrong with the website? i just dont want to use my card..

    Hi! I just looove these songs! These are actually the best i’ve ever heard. They’re just soo relaxing and nice. Listening to these with my eyes closed while doing yoga just taKes to the best place and best mood…

    I’ve actually been looKing for them (especially ‘preparing the way’ and ‘the journey home’) on iTunes to dowload it but I can’t find them. Can you please help me? Is there any other web site where i can download them?

    Theres certainly more demand for that CD right here!!! Love it, Love it, Love it!!! Cant wait to hear your other albums/tracks that I see you have on here….. any suggestions for anything similar to this? Relaxing.. chillout…..Beautiful….? and are you working on anything else similar? :o)
